Global manufacturing company near to the Nuneaton area are recruiting a Finance Manager to oversee the finance function. Our client is offering a basic salary between £58,000 - £68,000 plus benefits and would be an ideal opportunity for any qualified candidate who are looking for a broad challenging role. This role is easily commutable from Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry and Northampton area. This role will also offer excellent opportunities to progress within the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and monthly reporting is completed on a timely and accurate basis to agreed deadlines.
• Ensuring that year end accounts are prepared to agreed timetable in a form suitable for audit. Liaising with auditors and answering their questions in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Develop accurate and timely financial and operating information to meet Statutory, internal and Group requirements
• Prepare annual budgets, appropriate forecasts and financial projections
• Provide advice and support on financial aspects of the business to department managers
• Development and maintenance of accurate accounting and corporate records, robust and reliable process, business systems and internal controls

Person Spec:

• CIMA/ ACCA or ACA Qualified
• Manufacturing experience is essential
• Excellent managerial experience
