Interim Operations Finance Manager is required for a UK recognised company based within the Derbyshire area. Our client is looking to recruit a strong finance candidate who has previous experience in managing teams. This opportunity has a mixture of finance and non finance duties. The contract is for 9-12 months however there may be scope to go permanent. Our client is happy to look at candidates who are either qualified, part qualified or QBE.

Duties:

• Motivate, train and develop the account teams
• Work with the Director to plan and prioritise resources to meet deadlines
• Assist in production and maintenance of the business plans
• Maintaining and reviewing KPIs
• Cash flow tracking
• Manage the invoice process
• Oversee the Vat / credit control and budget process
• Review processes & procedures to improve performance
• Multi currency exposure is desirable
• Monitor all contractual obligations
• Strong Excel skills are required, Pivot tables & V lookups

Salary £28,000 - £35,000
