Management Accountant required for a UK recognised Group based within the Loughborough area. This is a permanent, full time opportunity and our client is offering a salary of £28,000 + ACCA /CIMA study support if required. It is not essential for you to be studying and qualified by experience candidates with management accounts experience are also welcome to apply. This role would also be suitable for any Assistant Management Accountants who are looking to progress.

Job Title: Management Accountant

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare the monthly management accounts P & L’s and balance sheet
• To prepare full monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation’s for review by the Financial Controller.
• Assist in production of forecasts and budgets
• Produce quarterly VAT Returns.
• Maintain fixed asset records
• Calculating and posting journals
• Assist with production of year end accounts
• To produce budgets and monthly reports

Candidate requirements:

• Management Accounts experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to produce information to tight timescales and good attention to detail
