Accountancy & Finance Personnel are recruiting for a recognised Leicester Accountancy firm . Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper who has current practice experience and who can hit the ground running. Our client is happy to offer ACCA or ACA study support however QBE candidates are also welcome to apply.

This is a full time, permanent role and office hours are 9-5pm Monday - Friday.

Salary is dependent upon experience, but likely to be in the £19,000 - £22,000 range + ACCA or ACA Study Support if required.

Duties:

• Assist with the Accounts preparation for Sole Traders, Limited companies & Partnerships
• General bookkeeping
• VAT Returns
• Assist with the preparation of personal tax returns
• Assist with the preparation of corporation tax computations & returns
• Liaising with clients and HMRC

Skills needed:

• Current practice experience
• Confident with a positive attitude
• Experience of book keeping packages such as VT Transactions, XERO, Sage, QuickBooks’s, etc.
• Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills

Salary £19,000 - £22,000 + ACCA or ACA Study Support if required
