We currently have a vacancy for a HR Advisor to join our prestigious client based within the Leicestershire area. As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service.
Duties:

• Provide advice on all HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coach Managers in all areas of people management.
• Support the Recruitment and Selection activity. Including the review of job adverts, providing interview support and liaising with external recruitment agencies.
• Keep up to date with all new employee legislation and regulations
• The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification and have an excellent knowledge of employee relations best practice.

Salary £20,000 + Benefits
