We are recruiting exclusively for a Project Account Manager within a globally recognised company based in the Ashby de la Zouch area. This is a permanent full time position and a career opportunity within a corporate business with a group turnover of £1 Billion.
Account Manager
- Ensure all business deadlines are met and effective usage of the in house project management systems and processes
- Manage all logistical arrangements and manage the food & beverage requirements
- Oversee the completion of the attendee management process including attendee communication and reporting.
- Manage and coordinate requirements with all clients including production and design of all meetings materials
- Produce, manage and circulate key communications
- Travel to conduct site inspections and undertake meetings with all suppliers when required
- Ensure delivery of all projects in accordance with regulatory and client defined compliance guidelines.
- Deliver first class customer service, attend meetings with clients where applicable to establish maintain and develop the relationships
- Identify new opportunities and leads for existing and new business development
- Assist with preparing and presenting proposals to clients
- Identify and manage preparation of materials for meetings
- Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preparation and maintenance of budgets and approve invoices
- Conduct regular health checks to ensure good cash flow
- Maximise profitability of projects including supplier negotiation and selling of additional services
- Identify any cost avoidance and saving measures
- Maximise revenue generation from targeted accounts
- Work with Account Directors & Managers
Salary: £25000 (possible more for the right candidate)
